About Finance Concepts

Finance Concepts was founded in 1997 as an agency that focused on consulting and training with F & I professionals at the dealership level. We saw a need for dealers to develop an effective, compliant, and professional F & I staff that would not only create a profit center, but create a high level of customer satisfaction.

In 1999 Finance Concepts expanded its services to include high quality finance products at competitive rates. Finance Concepts began a relationship with Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) in 2002 as a marketing partner for the California territory. Our responsibilities include assisting CUDL representatives in thier marketing efforts, lending relations, and the production of CUDL GAP.
