Training Facilities
Finance Concepts’ main office is located in Rancho Cordova, California with satellite locations in Lake Forest, Dallas, and Ohio. With over 10 training courses to offer, Finance Concepts hosts training classes in their state of the art classroom, with the capacity for 26 persons with Zoom capability. Most classes are offered as hybrid, allowing for local dealerships to join in-person and those out of area to join via Zoom which allows for Finance Concepts to have more reach and accessibility to their dealer partners.

Building A Bench
3 hour hybrid courseDesigned to teach the basic role of the F&I professional. Once completed, you will be eligible to join future Finance Concepts educational classes.
F&I Theory: Core Essentials & Development Certification
2-day in-person courseA 2-day in-depth interactive course covering all steps in the F&I process, honing skills through active role playing, and understanding the evolution of the automotive industry.
Mastering the Menu
3 hour hybrid courseA professional CSI-based approach to presenting menus. This 3-hour course discusses the reasoning for, the transitions into, and how to control the flow of menu presentations.
The Grind
3 hour in-person courseDesigned to give real-world experience for higher level of experienced professionals. This in-person only course is designed to utilize 100% role play, with word tracks designed to build comfort for live presentation.
Selling with Statistics
90 minute Zoom courseA course built to learn statistics-based selling and learn a new approach to use or combine with current processes. This class is intended for you to evolve.
Isolating and Overcoming Client Concerns
3 hour hybrid courseAn ever-evolving course built to guide you to a comfortable CSI-based approach to increase PVR and PPC.

90 minute Zoom courseA course built to utilize management as an opportunity to discuss CSI and offer additional products prior to document completion.
